These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of fluxgrowth.io, including its articles, guides, free tools and any related pages (together, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
FluxGrowth is an independent publisher of tutorials, tool reviews and guides covering AI tools, automation, SEO, digital marketing and social media. The Site is owned and operated by Shahid Anwar, based in India. You can reach us at contact@fluxgrowth.io or through our contact page.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for a general adult audience. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Acceptable use
You may read, share and link to our content freely. You agree not to:
- republish, copy or distribute our articles in whole or in substantial part without written permission;
- scrape, crawl at abusive rates, mirror, frame or resell the Site or its content;
- click on, or encourage others to click on, advertisements on the Site artificially, or generate fake impressions, clicks or traffic by any automated or manual means;

- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers or its hosting infrastructure;

4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all articles, images, graphics, code and design elements on the Site are owned by FluxGrowth or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Short quotations with clear attribution and a link back to the original page are welcome. Product names, logos and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement.
Copyright complaints
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email contact@fluxgrowth.io with: the work you believe is infringed, the URL of the material on our Site, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised. We will review the request and remove or correct material where appropriate.
5. Advertising
The Site is supported by advertising. We use third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense, to display ads. These ad providers may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site and other websites. Affiliate relationships never determine our verdicts, and we do not accept payment in exchange for a positive review. 7. Free tools
The Site offers free online tools (for example, Instagram caption, script and font generators and content viewers). These tools are provided free of charge, for personal and informational use, and may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time. Some tools display publicly available content from third-party platforms or use third-party services to generate output. FluxGrowth is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta or any other platform referenced by our tools. You are responsible for how you use any output and for complying with the terms of the platforms you use it on. Do not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information into any tool.
8. Accuracy and no professional advice
We publish content to be useful and we correct errors when we find them. Even so, the Site is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, investment or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Software changes constantly — prices, features and limits described in an article may be out of date by the time you read it, so always confirm details with the vendor before making a decision or a purchase.

The Site links to and embeds third-party websites, products and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, security or privacy practices.
